Linka Group
A long-term acquirer of established aesthetic, dermatology and specialist medical businesses.
INTRODUCING

Selling your clinic is about more than completing a transaction.
For many founders, selling a clinic is one of the most important business decisions they will ever make.
It is about protecting the reputation you have built, supporting the people who helped build it, and ensuring patients continue receiving the same standard of care.
At Linka Group, we acquire established aesthetic, dermatology and specialist medical businesses across the United Kingdom and selectively across Europe.
We believe the strongest businesses deserve long-term stewardship rather than short-term ownership.
About Linka
Every acquisition is approached individually. Some founders choose a complete exit. Others remain involved during a transition period or retain an ongoing ownership interest. We believe transactions work best when they reflect the objectives of both parties rather than following a standard formula.
Linka Group is a healthcare acquisition platform focused on established aesthetic, dermatology and specialist medical businesses.
We seek businesses that have already demonstrated strong clinical standards, loyal patient relationships and consistent financial performance.
Rather than changing what already works, our objective is to strengthen the business through improved financial reporting, governance and access to long-term capital, while preserving the qualities that made it successful in the first place.

A trusted custodian.
OUR COMMITMENT
Every clinic has its own history, culture and objectives.
Our role is not simply to acquire businesses. It is to become a trusted custodian of what the founders have spent years building.
We believe successful transactions are built through preparation, transparency and mutual respect.
You should always know where the process stands, what happens next, and why.
